    You'd also need to make it abundantly clear that to get the mod to work you need to have copies of each game from which assets are taken. Any maps you 'use' will technically need to be rebuilt because in theory you are violating the EULA if you copy/paste map sections from one game for use in another.     What you may need to do is have a specific install of the game (Prey) and a separate 'mod' folder for each set of PK4 files in theory having mod folders allows the game/editor to load assets in without causing too many issue although you may still get some material/shader problems.
